Account Information

Training and Workout Data

We collect data related to your athletic activities, including workout logs, training plans, performance metrics (such as heart rate, power output, pace, and distance), calendar events, and notes. This data is central to delivering personalized training recommendations and is stored securely in your account.

Device Information

We automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with the Service, including device type and model, operating system version, app version, IP address, usage patterns, and crash reports. This information helps us maintain, improve, and secure the Service.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the RidePlan Service
• Generate AI-powered, personalized training plans and insights
• Send you notifications, updates, and service-related messages
• Analyze usage patterns and improve product features
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and ensure platform security

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: We work with trusted third-party services to operate the platform (such as cloud hosting and analytics). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.

While we take these precautions seriously, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your RidePlan account.

You can delete your RidePlan account and all associated data at any time, directly in the app — open Settings and choose Delete account. After a short grace period, your account and personal data are permanently removed from our systems. Some information may be retained briefly in backups, or where required to comply with legal obligations.

RidePlan is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at support@rideplan.app and we will take steps to delete the information promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
